Application Instructions

The school is curated for Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral students with an ML background. It welcomes applications from all around the world, with a focus on the MENA region.

Registration Fees

• Students (MSc, PhD): 100 USD

• Postdoc / faculty: 250 USD

• Industry: 400 USD*

Please note that the application process prioritizes students. Industry applicants are encouraged to explore company sponsorship option. If you are interested to represent your company at the event, please consider being a sponsor to the conference. Contact the organizers at sponsorship@mena.ml.

What are the fees used for?

• Conference 

• Food: 6 day breakfast, lunch and dinner at the conference venue

• Social events: welcome social (Feb 09) and banquet (Feb 14)

Travel and accommodation costs are not covered. 

Scholarships

We welcome people from all backgrounds and a number of scholarships will be available. 

If you are interested in a registration fee, travel, or accommodation scholarship, please flag it in the application form and we'll take that into consideration. Please note that the number of scholarships is limited.

Certificate

We will also issue certificates of attendance to interested attendees after the 2025 MenaML Winter School.
